MEET YOUR COACH

Hi, I’m Lucy — the founder of Vivid Movement.

I’m a movement and fitness professional based in the Clarence Valley, with a background in classical ballet, dance, calisthenics, yoga, and fitness. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Dance / Business, which informs both my technical understanding of movement and my practical, professional approach to delivering high-quality programs.

Vivid Movement was created to offer inclusive, skill-focused movement experiences for people of all ages and abilities — including kids and teens, adults, and NDIS participants. Sessions are designed to build strength, coordination, mobility, and body awareness, while supporting confidence and long-term movement health.

My teaching style emphasises safe technique, progressive skill development, and adaptability, meeting each individual where they are and encouraging a positive, sustainable relationship with movement.

I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel supported, capable, and empowered through movement — whether they’re learning new skills, returning to movement, or building strength and confidence for everyday life.
