MEET YOUR COACH

Hi, I’m Lucy — the founder of Vivid Movement.

I’m a fitness professional based in the Clarence Valley, with a background in full-time classical ballet, dance, calisthenics, yoga, and gymnastics. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Dance / Business. My 200 YTT in Vinyasa and my certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness.

Vivid Movement was created to offer inclusive, skill-focused movement experiences for people of all ages and abilities; including kids and teens, adults, and NDIS participants. Sessions are designed to build strength, coordination, mobility, and body awareness, while supporting confidence and long term health.

My teaching style emphasises safe technique, progressive skill development, and adaptability, meeting each individual where they are and encouraging a positive, sustainable relationship with movement.

I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel supported, capable, and empowered through movement — whether they’re learning new skills, returning to movement, or building strength and confidence for everyday life.
